Pista Milk Toffee

Ingredients – Pista puree – 1 cup, milk powder – 2 cups, sugar – 3 tblsp, chopped nuts- as required.

Method – Mix Pista puree and milk powder and stir well. Pour this in a stainless steel vessel and steam in a pressure cooker for 10 minutes. After cooling, add the remaining milk powder and the chopped nuts and mix well. Roll into small sized balls and arrange on a tray. Coat the surface with sugar and serve.
