Ragi sweet is home made, innovative and good for health.

INGREDIENTS :

Ragi 1 cup

sugar 1 1/4 cup

ghee 200 ml

cashews 6 no.

METHOD :

Step 1: Soak the ragi in water for 1 hour

Step 2 : Grind it by adding water

Step 3 : Make sugar syrup to 1 string consistency

Step 4 : Now pour the Ragi Batter in sugar syrup

Step 5 : Allow to cook for 10 minutes in a medium flame until it becomes thick consisitency

Step 6 : Add Ghee and mix continuounsly

Step 7 : Stir untill it separates from pan

Step 8 : Grease tray with ghee and set it a while

Step 9 : Now ragi sweet is ready, garnish with cashews
