Carrot Soup

Ingredients:- Carrots – 4 (Peeled and chopped), onion – 1(chopped), vegetable stock – 900ml , coriander – 1 bunch(finely chopped)

Method:- Heat oil and sauté the carrots and onion for few minutes till they become soft. Pour in the vegetable stock and coriander and cook for ten minutes. Blend together in a blender to soup consistency. Serve hot.
