Ingredients :

Dalia split – 1/2 kg

Big Garlic with skin – 10

Red Chilly – 50g

Salt – to taste

preparation method :

Heat a pan. Add dalia split, garlic, red chilly and fry it till turns into golden brown.

let it to cool sometime. Grind it with salt .

Sieve it and store it an airtight container.
