Healthy Mint drink

Ingredients – Mint leaves – ¼ cup, coriander leaves – ¼ cup, ginger – a small piece, cumin seed powder -2 tsp, sugar – 3 tsp, salt- as required, lemon juice – 2 tbsp, water – 4 cups.

Method –Mix all the ingredients (except lemon juice and water) in a mixer and make it into a smooth paste. Add little water while grinding. Filter and add the lemon juice and the remaining water. This healthy mint drink cures sore throat.
