Masala Tapioca Chips

Ingredients – Raw tapioca – 2 (peeled and sliced), black pepper powder -1/4 tsp, red chilli powder – 1/8 tsp, masala Powder – 2 tsp, Oil and salt – as required.

Method – Immerse the sliced tapiocas in salt water for 10 minutes. Heat the oil for deep frying. Take out the sliced tapiocas and dry them. Fry the sliced tapiocas in batches and add black pepper, red chilli powder and masala powder.
